QUINTA DA ALORNA – CHARDONNAY
The world’s best known white grape, Chardonnay, grows particularly well in our vineyards, giving us very high Quality fruit. We press this lightly, and fermented the pure must in new French oak, followed by “less stiring” over 3 months. This gives us Complexity and depth of flavour in a subtle golden wine with hints of vanilla and Lychees on the nose and a creamy, balanced feel in the mouth. Best matched with many meats, pastas and soft cheeses where it shows it’s class and fine breeding.

QUINTA DA ALORNA – TOURIGA NACIONAL
Produced from the Touriga Nacional grape. Intense rose colour. Violets aromas with strawberry and raspberry flavours. Smooth finish. Recommended as an appetizer or with pasta or salads.

TAPADA DE COELHEIROS
This wine was born from a careful vinification of the Arinto, Roupeiro and Chardonnay vine varieties, partially fermented in French oak barrels of excellent quality. With a citreous colour and an aroma of complex and fruity taste and its good acidity and freshness grand an elegant and full aftertaste.

MARQUÊS DE BORBA
Soft with a pleasing assertiveness. Crisp and dry with good fruit and a lasting appetising finish.

This wine is made from the grape variety Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot.

SEIÇAL
This wine is produced from varieties Verdelho da Madeira and Arnsburguer (Riesiling) in Seixal, in the North of Madeira, from grapes grown in the low under the hillsides, which, due to natural Slope erosion, have an exceptionally rich soil.
Lightly acidulous, it displays a citrine hue and fruit flavours, with a predominance of pineapple and passion fruit. A Skillful blend of Arnsburguer and Verdelho, it is light and refreshing and has a lingering finish.

This wine is made from the traditional grape variety Tinta Negra grown in the warmth of the Madeiran sun around the áreas of Câmara de Lobos and Campanário.

O Champagne é um vinho espumante natural, produzido na região com o mesmo nome, em França. Região situada a cerca de 150 Km a Nordeste de Paris. As regiões de maior produção são: Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Cote dês Blancs.
As castas utilizadas na produção do Champagne são: Pinot Noir, Pnot Meunier e Chardonnay.
É de salientar que criador deste precioso líqudo “Champagne” foi um membro do clero Francês Dom Perignon.
Salientando-se que um dos mais afamados Champagne porta o seu nome.
O Champagne deve ser servido fresco com uma temperatura entre os 4.ºC e 6.ºC.
