We are one of the first Restaurants, along with the Restaurant “Le Jardin”, to have the menu in several languages, in order to better serve our customers from all over the world.
We have a large selection of grilled meat and fish dishes, but we stand out for the creativity and quality standard of our dishes. The Pork filled with Morello Cherries and Plums, Rabbit, Tuna Fish and Sea Bream Dishes are examples of our creativity.
We have the concern to serve fresh and high quality ingredients as Vegetables, Fruit, Meat and Fish. Every day we purchase these ingredients in suppliers, which are certified by the food safety standards in order to guarantee food safety to our customers. All ingredients are prepared when ordered.
We were one of the first restaurants to implement the hygiene, safety and health standards about 5 years ago, and recently, about 2 years, we implemented the standards of “HCCP” in order to identify, assess and control the dangers which are significant to food safety.

The concern in presenting the dishes with fresh and high quality products, good wines, delicious desserts and liquors, turns our service into a high quality standard.
